molostore orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days and you will receive tracking information the day that your order ships. In the rare instance that items are temporarily out of stock at the time of order, you will be contacted by molo the next business day with information regarding the next available ship date and the option to cancel your order if the timeline does not work for you. If you are working with an urgent timeline for your project, and wish to consult on lead times, please contact us directly by email at sales@molodesign.com or at our studio line ( + 1 604 684 0340 ). Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.


For orders shipped outside of Canada, the person receiving the goods will be responsible for any import fees, duties, or VAT, as may be applicable. Please note that importation costs, where applicable, are levied by national authorities, not by molo, and are normally payable to the carrier of the goods (Federal Express) at or prior to delivery.
